At first glance, it looks that Larsen chose the wrong moment to push for this initiative. Right now, with energy crisis in Europe and North America, "green" initiatives look incredibly stupid and potentially dangerous.

Then again, ability of modern day PR to turn people against their own interests should never be underestimated.
