I don't think anything will happen to her, at least in short term. But, such choice of words is rather unbecoming for someone who is supposed to be an intellectual and country's top legal expert. It would have been more expected from some coked-up actor or common street troglodyte after few beers too many.
Exactly, it's so out of place for her to say that.
