10000 steps while sick

I was feeling a bit pain in my throat. Here in Pakistan though winter has arrived but there is no rain till yet so a lot of people are having sore throat and cough issues again and again. I decided to buy Black Mulberry syrup from the Pansar shop. This is the syrup I purchased.

Today was a busy day for me cause I decided to do a long long walk so I can make maximum @actifit count as my rewards are decreasing day by day.

A walk that took almost 4-5 hours from 5.30 pm to 10.30. But I hit 12k count till night.
