I bet you could make money just renting that out as well.
well, I run a business out of it and use most of the space but I can get a lot of stuff in there for sure.
And I'm here just trying to be able to get a nice flight monthly!

I just added golf ball flipping. I hope to grow that to over the next few months.

Is that were you get them out of the ponds and then re-sell them?
Someone nearby here does that at the disc golf courses.
yup. I walk the course and find about $50-$75 worth an hour.
Just need to find a consistent schedule to walk it.
