Just wondering what the "consensus" is on someone owning 3% of something, like a token's supply?
What does that mean for a token if one person owns that much?
Is that a good thing? Is it a bad thing?

It’s not necessarily a bad thing if the network is big enough especially if the remaining 97% is properly distributed among other owners.
