I am now retired and have experienced bear markets related to stocks many times over my years. Experiencing a bear market in crypto is new for me however it does not feel any different. You had holdings that are now worth a lot less than prior. During these times, I just keep up my normal routine and do not look at my balances as much as I did before the bear market started.
