As we all noticed, there's being quite a massive uproar lately on one of the world's most used social app- Twitter, following Elon's aquistion of the App after Twitter's board of CEOs accepted his offer of $54.20/share, valuing the social media platform at $44 billion.
The big time billionaire tables out his intentions to make some changes on the app. Most of which he has made public already via his Twitter account.
Allowing free speech on the app is one of the lined up reforms he intends to effect on the app. We should expect to see changes to this effect real soon, as Elon has accused Twitter of suppressing free speech.
He gives his reason(s) why Truth Social, an app owned by the former US president, Donald Trump, tops the chart on apple store. According to him, "Truth Social exists because Twitter censored free speech".
Moving forward, we can see that the big time investor has let public some of the plans he has for Twitter one of which is to make it politically neutral, he states that he expects to "upset the far right end and the far left end" while at it.
HOW HAS IT AFFECTED THE PRICE MOVEMENT ON THE CHARTS?
Following the acquisition of Twitter by spaceX CEO; Elon musk, there's being an upward price movement for the fast-growing coin, Dodgecoin, as its perennial swap has taken a significant leap in the past few days.
He said "Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated,” Musk said.
“I also want to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeating the spam bots, and authenticating all humans. Twitter has tremendous potential — I look forward to working with the company and the community of users to unlock it.”
We're not sure on what to deduce of that- "Authenticating all humans" - but we do hope that the bot spamming reduces considerably and an implementation of a more rigid measure to fight against non human operated accounts is carried out.
