When it seems you are being delayed or behind time you can always take advantage by drafting an article. Ok, this article was crafted in the early part of the day and has been in my archives waiting for its release. Didn't take too long anyway; eight to nine hours later.
This just takes my mind back to artificial intelligence when it comes to movie releases. It has always taken months to a year if not years for the production line to meet up. Maybe creating a movie will be more like one just crafting an article; same day, same release date.
How easy it can be to write when you are used to, let's expect the same fate with a technology that will be accustomed to fast, efficient and effective results. Not that I am even a big fan of movies anymore; surprisingly I have matured off seeing movies as a way to while away some time. We ALL have where we belong I guess.

There are times you don't need to create any impression. All you have to do is gaze at its possible outcomes and walk away. Everyday is always me in my niche; ‘running this SME industry’. Sometimes I just wake up and feel like going back to sleep. This doesn't generally summarize me because yes, there is much more than work! Work!! Work!!!. Maybe for another day.
Do you love customer disappointment? Who does? an entrepreneur knows its pending effect. You can lose customer trust or get a customer downvote on your brand. You think this downvote thing only happens on-chain? A customer can orally downvote your brand. Consider when they are out there ranting while others are passing by or perhaps also coming in to get their service or place an order.
When you are managing your workforce to cut costs, it also has some setbacks. In times of bulk workload it can be very challenging. The chances of missing promised delivery dates are high.
Not that you enjoy it but since it is a once in a while thing, you can't really help much. This festive seasons are always one of those and even those contract workers that would have helped you put out the high demands on time also have their own personal customers to cater for.

I woke up into the office/workshop today and I didn't even know exactly where to start. My afore planned strategy failed because something else stepped in to take some of my time. There are always so many things to calculate before resuming; input/output, manpower, logistics, overall expenses and expected realized daily profit.
The disadvantage of rushing over work is that you get to deliver probably what doesn't fit taste while under pressure and also overspending. This was something I was even discussing with a fellow entreI talked about the need for a self employed to avoid thinking he/she is a robot some time ago; instead of breaking down, it is better to shut down.
So what happens when tactics on paper don't surface in reality? You have to restrategize at least to make sure everyone doesn't give you those complaints. Today is not that day of focusing on any work that can't be entirely pushed through; half done means no work done at all.
In the end you won't deliver that work and cash flow gets tied down after expenses have been made for the day. Much larger and time taking services will have to be shifted till next week while we focus on delivering the simple ones.
To conclude, this is not favoritism, it is about admitting what is and in order to save time, move on. I have to admit the flaws of SMEs especially when running the hard industry; time and energy are not always aligning as expected and this equals some in-between customer dissatisfactions.
In short, if you are to ask me what I would do should in case I wanted to start business afresh I think I should have first picked the soft industry sector; I am yet still to realize its much disadvantages.
