The big one is coming and I must admit it will take some time. I have the choice of settling for anything or pursuing the big one. What I mean here is this, there are so many other businesses (or quick hustling) I would have opted for and made some cool bucks. The fact remains this, this other options will put me in 'the continue working phase'. I will end up being the only asset. It's like saying, no work, no pay.
Of course this is not where I want to end up, there is more to life than working all round the clock and all year round just to put food on the table and other life securities. The matter will even worsen when I am married, I will have to double or triple up what I do to meet up. I refuse ignorance to take me to an early grave, hahaha.
Funny but true, a lot of parents, especially the man of the house have found themselves in this round hole. It is more precisely called the rat race, where you get squared in a round hole.

I had to consider all these things before I made my move to start a business. As I earlier said, I will have to exercise patience. Five years is down since I started business and I won't say we have achieved much yet, not that we have not seen progress yet we are still at the climbing stage. "Until you reach maximum height, don't expect a free fall"---Dani-EL. This happens when all the dots get connected. My idea is how to build something that will in turn make me financially free.
I have found out that this can be done through owning a business. A lot of people don't understand this, 'business is a bait'---dani-EL. At the ground level, this is absolutely what it is. This is where I am pushing my energy to, the needed tactics and skills to use what I own to own something even bigger. We know what a bait does in the fishing hook, it is a call to action, the fish clings to your bait and you keep both. What am I saying, to own something big, you will first have to present something.
I once told a friend that I would prefer to be a business owner that makes a revenue 50K a month than work and earn 150K a month. There is no respect lost here for employees but my views here are the advantage the former has over the latter.
Of course the latter makes three times of what the former makes, he can afford a lot of things. What I tried to explain to him here was the long run. Which of them both has the advantage of fast growth? Whom would you prefer to issue out a loan assuming you were an investor?

For me I would give the businessman as long as he presents his years of experience and all the needed accountability records. So he can work up to the bank to request for a loan of N1 million with ways of turning that money into 150K interest every month, add to what he makes and he continues to appreciate in value.
Did you also notice he is now working with other people's money? wealth creation is about being smart enough to understand that the government in the name of paper notes/fiat currencies has open room for financial exploitation.
A businessman does not think of how to afford something but rather how his business can help afford that thing, he shifts responsibility to the business. This is one of the questions I ask myself, 'how can this business open the door for bigger assets, bigger opportunities and bigger investment?.
First I have to make it look like a standard business, when all this is set and done the rest will be history. Money is given to those who can handle it and one way to prove you can handle money is to own a business and groom it.
So we are grinding for the multiplier effect and we keep pushing till we get to great heights. Our time of having a voice will soon surface when investors will be ready to throw in the money. Good things take time and first, I know I have to show working.
To conclude, let me add, I think this is a good vision. I am hoping to see where I will be in the next five years. I am wishing myself and the entire company the best. If you are a dreamer like me, keep pushing whatever you are doing too. First comes dreams followed by execution. You have to turn them into reality. Creating a business is a big opportunity if only you are ready to contend with surrounding setbacks at its early phase.
