“If it can be done, then it should be done, if it can’t be done, then why plan it?”---dani-EL.
I am repeating these wise quotes again in another article and I guess I might be repeating it over and over again. This inspiration hit me a few days into the new year and I must say, it is worth reflecting on.
Rules can be amended but first and foremost, you have to set one. Let's just say along the line the rules were too rigid and needed further amendment or the Vice which still causes upgrades. humans exploit, I could remember when I entered a general staff meeting with my CEO some years back while I was working and he said something like this.
His analysis was pointing to the fact that as long as you leave any business hole unsealed, people will TRY to leverage and perhaps over leverage it to your own disadvantage. I am a mutually minded individual, as long as you can add up, we can work together. That doesn't necessarily mean it has to be 50:50. No, ALL fingers are not equal and I must admit we have privileges atimes to help others grow.

As a CEO, avoid being mild; the business depends on your voice and actions. In short, that is what it will be paying you for. It is something I must admit I have to grow out of. I have been exploited many times and when I look back, I have to see much of the errors from my own end.
As an entrepreneur, don't be too desperate, those who want to do business will stay around and do business. Be it a staff, a contract worker or even a customer, without respect for your business and its model of operation, it is difficult to work out.
This year is beginning with me having to crack many codes. From venturing into new grounds to even upgrading what I am currently managing. This brand really depends on me introducing techniques that will bring in cash flow.
How can you deal with a worker that is older than you and party an affiliate? Can it be done? The fact is, I am not just ready to waste both time and resources on anything that cannot be executed; why plan it in the first place. Our current business has some limitations and one of those can be the fact that we are operating from a warehouse that is not easily identified by passersby.

My vision for this brand is not to depend on passersby anyway; the idea was how to become a company for companies; bulk production. With much work comes cash flow and putting in contact staff to work steady since there is consistent work makes everything run smoothly.
Nevertheless, we are yet to hit our target and yes, we have to make expenses everyday both internally and externally. From here, I have to admit that we An opportunity has just opened to us because we happened to meet up with someone who is ready to work with us and achieve this goal. So how should he work with us? This is the problem I am currently trying to solve. He will be making use of all our machines for some of his personal jobs. How do we benefit?
All these machines need maintenance and it is costly. In short, the more frequently they are used, the higher the chances nears servicing. Adding to that, plans to bring in new machines requires capital. We haven't fully entered a full house meeting to draw a contract conclusion. I am just trying to gather enough knowledge even ahead of a next management meeting as we will be cracking heads again to nail it.
To conclude, let me add, for this brand to grow we need to work with people. I keep on saying it, humans are your greatest assets if you know how to go about with them. I am being very open to looking for ways to make sure that our new contract worker grows and builds up his own brand at a later date. Nevertheless, we will have to set business standards to curb past experiences, we are not looking for exploiters here; no mutual benefits to me will mean we can't do business.
