One of those hot cake big names has been OpenAi. This private company has shaked the era. For big names like Google to feel threatened, it means something is really up. And yes, we can add, the up is still going up. We have seen numerous deals in the space of this year and who knows what awaits next year.
Before even getting there, there has been another big one still in the favor of OpenAI, something that many who are seeing the future of videos and movies will call a wise move.
Talking of entertainment moves, what can one really say about the Wana bros takeover? Yes, Wana bros and it share holders want to exit, Paramount and Netflix are fighting over who will secure ownership of this long standing entertainment industry.
It is much obvious it will be Netflix because according to some news l picked up, their term of takeover seems more flexible and profitable when considering the raw cash in-between.
Anyway, it will be one of those long lawsuits dragged cases from an external viewpoint of entertainment monopoly and whatever can be thrown at this deal to either counter or make some profit in-between before the final takeover.
The way we keep seeing these things play out is proof that the court is a big business institution; just know how to wind and you get some compensation. This is why big firms don't hesitate to break rules to secure something very tangible afterall, it ends in a fine. So one can say in accordance to the world's complications that illegally is not actually illegality when there is a means to an end

Ok, heading back to our main event, while Wana bros is exiting, Disney is making the opposite moves. The question of can Disney succumb to the new tech waves can seem tough to unwrap but its toughest would have been how soon?. Some people accept a shipwreck when they are already at the bottom of the ocean floor; from what we are seeing, not Disney. In short, I am beginning to wonder why Wana bros never took the same moves.
Disney just went into a corporation deal in artificial intelligence by investing $1 billion into OpenAI. These few words quoted from their CEO are inspiring; ‘Disney is not going to fight against tech advancement’. It can be as simple and as clear as this to move a business into its next phase, if you cannot beat them, join them. So many business formalities are becoming both siloed and obsolete.

The rise of artificial intelligence has been one of those big bangs providing a new way to incorporate old things cheaper, faster and better. And yes, new characters can be easily put on stage, at least we have heard of the likes of Tilly Norwood. So what does this deal hold for both parties? For OpenAI, one can say another huge share to burn into their infrastructure expansion. Adding to that, they have data to leverage, proper licensing of Disney characters to train their LMMs with.
On the side of Disney, we can consider the need to stay relevant. Instead of OpenAI looking for new characters that should have been used to build their individualized ecosystem, Disney characters will take over. It will be a big time profit to both sides and most importantly, keeping Disney a very functioning entertainment industry as they keep profiting from every billed in-house activities of OpenAI.
To conclude, let me add, this is one of those deals you can tip your hat for. Personally, I never saw this coming from Disney. As earlier mentioned, Wana bros chose to sign out but Disney has made a move that has revived its entertainment industry. We haven't even mentioned how it will affect gaming in general, indeed the potential of this deal is massive.

Now I'm starting to suspect why Disney's latest movies and animations look as if they were directed and written by artificial intelligence. LOL😂
If so then they are switching gears early enough
