Advanced trap

The first thing to get from this article is the fact that I am not here to spoil anybody's brand. building out a business to standard is not any child's play. In my entrepreneurial Journey I have had to tip my hat for those who have scaled through dangerous water to build out household names companies. Ok so I will be delving into the tech world.

We know the big talks currently, a decade plus ago it was blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. Not that it has faded away but the emergence of artificial intelligence just a few years back has turned many attention. Some say it will work hand in hand with crypto and blockchain tech. There is nothing much to argue here because this pair looks very undisputed in this era.

If there is anything to quickly add here is; ‘approach technology with caution’. Some things you feel are ALL in all can end up a big trap to you. Someone wrote something similar on the chain about how we have lost good family time because of technology.

Many are dependent on information from AI, they explain their current feelings to it to get an idea, word of wisdom or a consolation from this tech. AI is just a byproduct of something former. Ok, it is like that bible saying; ‘to your tents oh! Israel’. What's the new tent you may ask; of course our mobile phones. It is what I will be delving into in this article.

I started a conversation with an AI chat app about how the iPhone operates. Personally, I haven't used one before, I have become very used to the Android versions of smart phones. I wasn't too much of a fan because, to be straightforward, it was expensive to afford one, it was built for the Internet at first inventions.

This means my data needs to be on all the time. There is nothing wrong with that because actually, I keep it on 24/7 but proper data management was my concern here. I have seen those who spend half if not more than half of their salaries subbing these phones. Can this be an advanced trap?.

The move by Apple to introduce offline features to iPhones on its later date has been its big salvation. If I am to switch to an Iphone anytime soon, it will be because it NOW accepts offline App usage. Note, this is not about being able to afford data bills anymore but rather because it has been able to offset what I saw as a trap. Do you know what it means to be online all the time? YOU ARE IN A TRAP.

To conclude, let me add, even with offline capabilities, a mobile phone is a big enough distraction. Offline games, photo galleries, music and videos. I like going offline at times and at some point it is even in flight mode. All I need is access to reviving music and my Bible App in case I want to study. So you see why I wouldn't have been able to in any way relate with Iphone’s first mobile inception. I refused to be trapped by technology.

As humans, we need to be smart, we are meant to be in control rather than being controlled. Online presence is spreading as a virus, many spend hours scrolling through their mobile phones. I mean from one social media to another. This is really an advanced trap

This is an article covered by dani-EL; a broad niche writer. I write on faith, life facts and daily living, business and economics, small scale and daily businessing, cryptocurrency and technology. And yes, I do cover articles on financial education and investment updates. And note, if I happen to be a financial adviser to you, the TOP financial advice should be ‘DYOR’ (Do Your Own Research), I can't afford to break your heart.
