There is always something to write about, a big technological outburst, a market move or a big firm making that headline acquisition. How about exploring nature? It could be a talk on faith; something I know I have inexhaustible words. Or maybe just focusing on your daily experiences. Which one are we running with in this article? Well, just here Dani out.
Have you ever been a source of encouragement to someone? We know where this mostly plays out. A loss of a loved one, a poor performance, it could be sickness or fear of someone failing again. Maybe I should include my other experience today, I had to follow someone close to me to marriage (actually, it was the first stage, something we call door knocking over here).
I know the Westerners reading through may be imagining the protocols. Not that I personally like protocols but I guess I had to learn something today. Nothing bad if some of this gets waved off and well, with decency and respect still in the background. Proper marriage has procedures without any doubt.

Ok, he felt a little under some sort of pressure until I had to encourage him when he discussed it with me. How far did the encouragement go? I am not saying that it was mine that surfaced the entire scenario today but it added up. I was ALL out to follow him to his bride's compound from day one. I am just trying to showcase how we as humans need each other.
There are numerous things to be considered but I will be focusing this article on the working force industry. There is a lot of composure needed to drive out success; ‘tactically and technicality both combined’.
When you are a small manager/CEO, let's say in terms of age, you will have to be smart in how you deal with people. You know you are dealing with humans who may at some point feel they’ve been exploited. You will have to consider their age, exposure and yes, individual experiences. My idea in running this brand smoothly is how to find the needed work team/force. As an entrepreneur, I have to admit that success will never come from individual brilliance. If I cannot work with people, my chances become very slim.
Sometimes people may not understand your state in terms of needing some breaks. The brain work sometimes can be so much that you feel you should get a sabbatical. Sabba what? We are not yet there, we are still building stage by stage and yes, a lot to still learn. In short, I woke up early straight into the office and when you have someone that has worked overnight you will have to be a source of encouragement.

A smart entrepreneur knows that ‘am I not paying him’ doesn't hold all the time. Work wasn't done as expected and I saw such forms of weaknesses. I had to step in and start a pending procedure, I knew who would be delayed most in the entire cycle; me. When a customer steps in for delivery it is me that will be facing the heat and also a bad name for the brand.
My day was already choked up even while I woke up. In short my schedule was tight and I had two major places to touch today; the first needed some form of educational brainwork so talking of that, there was a need to prepare ahead of time. In short, I was planning to focus only on these two things today. The second, well you know; the aforementioned marriage visitation.
So how did it go? Well, four hours was short from my preparation time because I had to step in and encourage the workforce. I know it will be a big blow if we don't deliver, especially after you’ve given your customers such assurances.
To conclude, let me add, the good news is that I was able to meet all I was planning for today. The job was done, the educational aspect also went smoothly and lastly I attended the marriage introduction ceremony.
So today has been a kind of 'achievement plus one’. Don't get too hard on your articles, it is not all the time we talk of crypto and financial markets. Sometimes you have to reflect on your daily lives, who knows what can be learnt and well, what needs to be improved upon.
