Not sure what you mean .... forever locked liquidity is forever .....on DEX or in this case SIP..... BUT that liquidity is still available for trading .... thats the purpose of it ..... If I go now in a pool that has forever locked liquidity and I buy the token X.... it is mine now, I have taken it out of the pool.... BUT I have put in token Y
