My customer was not understanding of my mistake, but luckily customer service dealt with that and I did not have to. I was more than willing to redeliver, but her anger wouldn't allow that.

You are absolutely right, the person goes back to delivery but the attitude she had was very wrong with you and there is no way to go there again.
