I'll tell you how I've been doing it and I don't know if its good.
first I got involved in projects that are already businesses, I joined the community, I did some work on pods, I participated in discussions to understand how they work.
After that, I started to think about things I like in order to start a community and build around it, and in my case, Nexo Digital was born. I've made a lot of mistakes but I keep improving and studying day after day!
as it's still new, I'm still trying to build a solid community, but we already have some projects to monetize and the community has already accumulated a small patrimony of its own. The next step is to hire people to build our projects
