Here is the Thumbnail entry with the number 96. I've also posted with the 97 number...

#threadcast #cttpodcast #ctt #spknetwork

my internet is shit but here are some of the videos I've storages using the 3speal proof of access protocol. I will get it another shot tomorrow.

Such an interesting and impactful show, kudos to the team.

SpkNetwork will end up replacing AWS.

Absolutely groundbreaking! This new incentive mechanism for off-chain storage is a game-changer for the future of decentralized applications. Hive's transaction layer and SPEAK network come together to create an autonomous incentive protocol that can incentivize anything, paving the way for true Web 3.0 and limitless possibilities.

We are definitely facing something very interesting. It can not only be seen as an extra reward but as one more application of what blockchain technology can achieve.

This phase is already impressive, what else is to come?

many don't know about it or just hearing #spk for the first time but, it's a cool project when I saw and read about the project back then seeing SPK token on my wallet. But one thing about the token.

These are incredible!

I think there is a problem here... At threadcast the number is 97, but at space is 96 and 97 at the same time...

QUESTION
can we use it to store contents we are not using yet, perhaps there is a video i do not want to published yet, can i save it there? if yes, will this #spknetwork have a capacity at which you can save?

Can someone use the #spknetwork to create a torrent?

Question

Is there any way that your system can be contaminated? If you are storing something and it is illegal in some way, are things vetted?

QUESTION

With that IPFS , does it mean I can store anything and everything I do on the blockchain and I want to know if this process is unlimited, which means users can keep on having their work saved as a long as they're here.

For anyone looking for a guide to setting up a SPK Testnet Node, 3Speak has published it HERE.

Oh that was quick, and thanks for sharing the video link with us here, I am happy to finally get it here. This is really an interesting project and I have to check it out and learn more about how things are done on their platform.

Nathan put it up a few hours ago. Do check it out if you're interested about setting a node :)

QUESTION

You talk about running proof of access node, though this is not the first time of hearing about it, but till now, I still don't understand how to go about it.

Is there anything I can use as a guide in the community?

Question

Have you thought about questing it. Many incentivised testnets run campaigns on the marketing type platfomrs like Zealy or galxe et al.

That would also get Hive noticed too...

That would be a good way to go. It will allow others especially those who are not onchain to take part and get to know Hive too.

Absolutely it is how other chains do it, and we know what happens to them 🚀

Yes, yes. It will be great if they do that. The challenge might be to have someone to setup the quests and stuff but I think they can easily find one to be encharge

cOol, and this would be the perfect timing for that

Yeah it really would, people are airdrop hunting at the moment, and this would be ideal.

This is a game changer for #web3.

Decentralized cloud is coming and SpkNetwork is pushing it.

Is that a russian network Sputnik Network? If it is I'm all in.

It certainly is. Kudos to them for doing so.

Question

You mentioned that Everything we do on X will be replaced on 3speaktv, please can you explain more on how you want to do it.

Question:

Apart from video, can the IPFS storage allow users store other formats of content, like word, pdf, png, etc

Akash AKT replaces AWS. SPKNetwork replaces S3.
SPKNetwork on AKT - 🤯

QUESTION

web2 platforms like Google have a way of storing data online on decentralized manner. Is it same with IPFS which 3speaktv adopted. Apart from storing file of huge capacity, can it store other file format like gp, mp3, mp4 etc

Slightly off topic but Tether froze a bunch of wallet addresses including the one for Tornado Cash.

#HBD is light years ahead of everything else out there.

Hello everyone! I'm very excited to find out how I can help test the #spknetwork. I hope it will be well explained in detail.

question

So the testnet is exclusive to those with laptops or desktops and not smart or mobile phones

I think mobile devices won't have the capability for it, unless you buy one and use them exclusively for that. When I was a tester, my PC would sometimes get slow, it needs a lot of CPU.

#question

The concept of #spknetwork is kind of thing we looking forward as storage device in decentralized system, but how will this reward it users.?

Question DOES THIS MEANS THAT THE THREESPEAK CAN BE USED LIKE HIW PEOPLE USE YOUTUBE, BUT THIS ONE YOU EARN WHIKE USING

Kudos to you Dan and your team for building the infra for a decentralized storage

they did greatly. It's awesome way of storing data with incentives and decentralized nature

Wow this is huge! That means people from outside networks can have our advantages on HIVE! This could mean a lot of people getting in droves! That's absolutely brilliant, guys! Well done work!

I just heard that the IPFs storage is exclusively for people that use computers.

Question

Is there no way to improve the system to accomodate people that use phone as their only device?

QUESTION

How does the integration of IPFS complement Hive's decentralized model, and what benefits does it bring to content storage and retrieval?

Question:

What is the storage capacity of the content we could store? Also how do we avoid the influence of virus on the storage?

Great question and if I'm not mistaken, this was answered. It's nice that they thought about making testers safe from viruses and other related safety issues.

Yes you are right. That way things are safe

The Spk network is definitely looking like a Google drive alternative right now.

Does SPK have anything to do with LARINX? I always tried to understand these projects, but I couldn't.
