Now the Ad is gone, but after you selct the percentage of upvote the the Voie Button disappears and it you are clicking on the Thread below the one you want to vote on.

The behavior you describe started happening after the start of September. While there are ways to work around that situation, this UI problem kills the UX for all of us-- not just veteran threaders but anyone people would like to onboard.
