Ye. RC is our "gas fee" its free, but it takes time to recharge. Its really only just a problem in the beginning of your Hive journey :D
you can check out https://hiveblocks.com/@cryptosneeze. Here you can see the cost and much you have and the recharge time :D
So RC is different to HP, but you need HP to have enough RC for upvoting?

Yes you got it :D
You also use RC when you comment and make a post. Everything you do on the chain cost RC, get around 50 HP and RC shouldn't be a problem anymore :D

Thanks for the explanation. There's a lot of information for newcomers but it's all scattered about. I've got a friend joining today hopefully so I might write a dummys guide to Leo somewhere :D
