RE: How Well Do You SPEAK CRYPTO? (Beginner Cryptionary A-L)

in LeoFinance3 years ago

I can’t tell you how many times in the course of five years from being here on the chain and into the crypto world period, that I had to rely on google to understand a term. There were plenty of times when I couldn’t finish a conversation without pausing to go look up a term (or go ask my husband) lol…especially when talking to someone who speaks it fluently. 😄

Then you have those times when people ask you a question about crypto and my response is

I know what you’re asking but can’t give you an answer because it’s hard to explain.

I just know what I know but have no clue sometimes how to put it in words or even give a proper definition of it.

I’m glad to see you’ve done this and kept it as simple as possible. The example columns are very helpful and most people will probably get more of an understanding of these terms from there starting off. As things become more familiar the grasp of understanding should get easier. I’m saying this for myself too because I still have tons to learn and understand.

Naturally, I’ve learned most of these terms just by being in this atmosphere for so long. As the platform moved and adapted I wanted to move too so I had to take the time to familiarize myself with things.

Thanks for the tag, this will definitely be helpful for @newbies-guide ;)

Nice work ~

Aw, this is such a moving, inspiring tale. And very similar to how I've felt at times. Unable to converse. Forced to pause and google, or worse, smile-and-nod, lol. Or feeling that adequate explanations were out of reach.

Thanks for noticing the effort I went to to keep things simple and add examples.

I too have tons to learn, but writing this was a great start for me, and I'd be honored if helps other newbies. :) Thanks so much as always for your thoughtful and encouraging comments. Love and blessings! 🙏
