Macron's party was defeated in the European Parliament elections and because of this, the president decided to dissolve the parliament and called new elections in France...

I believe that after this action, he lost what little credibility he had. The right gains strength with these new elections.

Sort:

Oh wow, having such powers is bound to cause trouble for the majority. Probably, more protests will erupt again.

You are right and I believe that the vast majority of French people do not want to enter into a war with Russia, for example.

LOL I dont understand the parliamentary government where it is dissolved.

I'm not an expert either, my friend, but from what I understand, he, as president, can do this. That crazy law must be Napoleon's fault. LOL

At least we now have hope that with these new elections, he may lose strength and will not follow this crazy plan of entering a war and starting something even much bigger than that.

Well I think it is throughout the parliamentary system, not exclusive to France but I could be wrong.

I read that it was European parliament elections. It has nothing to do with France, but Macron's party was defeated.

With these new elections in France, Macron is likely to have a new defeat, as his people are so happy with their leader.
