Here in Brazil, there is a documentary where AI was used to dub some people. No human voice actor was called for this job...

Yep. #ai is going to take over entertainment. I wrote a number of articles on it. People do not believe it, opting to remain in denial.

You will prompt a book. Hell you can do it now I bet. Might take a while but I am sure it would create at least the basis which you could edit.
Of course, this takes time, as we know, because an AI being able to completely replace a professional voice actor will not happen for now.
However, we know how quickly artificial intelligence is always evolving and I won't be scared when that actually happens. I think they can coexist together with the voice actors.
