"It's tough just because you work months and kind of knew Shane (Waldron) before being drafted here because all of the process and stuff. Just trying to build that relationship and then the guy you've been trying to get on the same page with isn't here anymore. So, now you kind of have to adjust and adjust fast because we are in divisional play and playing the Packers this week."
