I still don't know the ENGAGE numbers, because I have some and I don't know if I'm able to distribute them to the people.

No you have hold a minimum of 1001 ENGAGE in order to give to others.

BUt once you reach to 1001 ENGAGE and if you call it , it won't decrease from your wallet it will just come in from a pool ( like new coins )
