I didn’t even know they have video there, but apparently it takes a day or two for payment to start and some days there isn’t any pay. It depends on whether or not people are buying ads there. Mine didn’t work for a few days so I messaged them and they fixed it
Because you don't always earn rewards. Its at random if you just listen to any podcasts. Then there are some "promoted" podcasts which you can listen to. If you see my post I earned 1100 sats today by listening to one promoted podcast
