I was going through some of the YouTube channels where people were mentioning how they moved to the mountains and saving huge money as well as their health is also improving. If you see search the pollution of Delhi you will see the AQI is touching around 500 which is very bad for the lungs of the normal people. Now when you move to the mountains, you are breathing clean air and are living healthy life.

And at the same time, when you stay in mountains you will be saving some money as the cost of living is little less. Now there are two things, either you can get a remote job and earn the money and stay in mountains or when you retire early you can enjoy the mountains by staying there. Now this is actually great for someone who wants to live a slow life, enjoy their retirement life as well as stay healthy.
The thing is not everyone can adjust ti mountain life. You have to work hard for even small things, but that brings the joy too. When you do that your health remains in good shape. Now it is not only in the mountains, you can stay in 3 tier cities too which will reduce the cost of living. If someone who is spending Rs 100 in a Tier 1 city, they will surely spend only Rs 40 in Tier 3 cities and that includes mountains too.
This is my retirement planning too, I want to stay in the villages too, I want to stay in mountains too. Now when you are retiring at 60 then loving their will not excite you that much. But when you retire at 45, you will love to travel around.
what make the city polluted it is the peoples I guess and they are moving to the places where it is less polluted lol. Everyone Moving to mountain I think, most of us are thinking the same but is it really possible ?
Everyone wants to move, but not everyone can. People who have achieved some financial freedom, they can move but others it's quite challenging.
Yes you are right , the states are also coming with land rules. (Bhu kanun) So in the coming years it will hard to do that. If someone have money they can make anything any where. 😅
