For me Crypto is a Long Term Investment

I have been invested in crypto from the last 7 years and still I it's not over.in the last 7 years we have just scratched the surface and it's long way to go. As of today a handful of individuals invest in crypto, but we will surely reach to that point where more than half of the world will start investing as well as using crypto in their day to day life. And that's for me is a long term journey.

When I first invested in crypto, I thought to myself I will invest only some bucks to see what's the future but when I started to learn more about it as well as see the potential in it, I have invested more and grew my portolfio to certain level. Now the thing is even though we have invested our money, a lot of people who are on Hive invested a lot of time too. So it's not only the investment about money but also the time. And that's what compounding also means.

Think about it, Bitcoin grew by 60X in the last 7 years is a wonder and who knows it can become 10X from here too. As we are very early in the game. Now people might say this is very volatile and what not. The best think to do is to do Dollar Cost Averaging and continue investing in it. Since we don't know the bottom as well as the top, I came up with investment strategy.

Actually this investment strategy I am doing in my Indian Stock Market and will try to use that strategy in crypto too. So the strategy says that you will invest every day or every week or every month a fixed amount like a DCA and then when your profit touches say $10 or $100 depends on how big your investment is, you will take that profit out. It is like booking profit.

Let's take $10 so you reached a profit of $10, book the profit but mind you your DCA will continue whether or not you have booked the profit or not. In this way you are taking the advantage of volatility and booking the profit a regular intervals. Now for some people it is too much work, I know the you can fix a time of the day for 5 minutes and do it. It should not take more than 5 minutes.

This can be over and above your regular investment, because using this method you can see how your portfolio is growing even though the market is uptrend or downtrend. Other is to go with the ETF and just invest for the long term.
