Ballet isn't easy at all!
I could do that easily, but only if I'm holding on to a rope tied to the ceiling, and that of course doesn't appear in the photo.
My respects to all these athletic and well-disciplined people who practice this.
It is not the same thing with a rope 😋 and you see it in my article that there was none.

It's hard enough to do with sneakers or boots. With thin shoes or just socks, it's not easy. If you can do that, you are talented indeed!
