Yippiiiieee Hivers,

A happy Hive 🎉 🎂to me as I’ve been on the Hive Blockchain for 7 years now. I got this notification two days ago and it was the best news for me that day. Really feels good to realize that I’ve been on the blockchain space for 7 years. Though Hive Blog was launched in March 2020, I joined this platform (formerly Steemit) in the year 2018.

The journey has been very profitable and adventurous. Being able to connect with people outside my country and continent is a very fun thing. Imagine the fact that I have been able to gain international fans and followers who has supported my music career by streaming my songs from Hive.

Additionally, I have gotten support from Hive about two years ago when I began my Feed The Kid Inititaive where hivers donated to the cause via upvotes and that I must say touched lives. I’m hoping to host another one this year probably on Valentine’s Day. We reached out to the poor and need street kids in the streets on Africa and it was a successful one. The beneficiaries where informed that the support was from Hive duly.

Special thanks to @jeline who introduced me on here and @ackza who I share ideas together with and those ideas have affected our lives positively and will still affect our generation yet unborn. Ackza is the guy who first made me see reasons why I should HODL coins and how to identify potential coins.

During my early days, I also got support from the likes of @theycallmedan , @neoxian, @mcsamm and @onealfa. These people make the Hive community enjoyable by fostering oneness. Shouts out to the ones that I have skipped to tag.

It might interest you to know that the first Bitcoin I had was as a result of converting my Hive to BTC. At first, I had doubted this platform’s potential until I found out that it operates on a Delegated Proof-Of-Stake Consensus mechanism. That made it more interesting.

Till date, I am still inviting friends and family onto this platform because I know the future is bright with Crypto and probably those who refused to join us on here could regret not doing so with the way the Trump government is favoring Crypto adopters.
