2/🧵Maintaining our body shape is something that every human should try their best to do. Having a good body shape is very nice. As humans, we need to stay on a diet and also exercise our bodies. I love maintaining a good body shape I make use of diet because that what works for me.

I think diet is more important to keep in shape, of course you would still need a minimum amount of daily exercise like walking or doing some kind of physical work. I don't think you need to go to the gym or do sport to be in healthy unless you are trying to build muscles or compete. I guess it depends of what you mean by keep in shape.
