Why do parents always promise bicycle? They did it to me when I was a child o upto now I didn't see any bicycle

2/🧵 I made this promise to my daughter with the intention of fulfilling it because of her good performance in school. But I failed to fulfill this promise because things didn't work as planned
3/🧵 The money for the bicycle really came but was used to care for her health because she felt sick at the moment the money was available. So, her life first, I had to use the money for her health and feedings at home. That's what happened
That is a reminiscient of childhood days....
I will definitely get it for her. The promise still in my mind
