Solutions to Obese

Back in the days , people are proud of being fat,chubby people believe most people wants to be like them, they believe they represent a child from a wealthy family who is being fed well . During those days ,no one knows it's a life threatening and can cut one's life short early.kids are being fed excessively, they eat large portions of foods.

Now, since everybody now took education seriously, we got to know that being too far or obese is not healthy and a lot of people have been trying to reduce their fat in many ways , those that got sick and went to hospital were told to go and burn their fat.

My sister whom I stayed with is a chubby person ,she inherited it from our mom, she got more fat after giving birth but since I started to live to live with her ,have been trying to tell her to let's work on her fat.My best knowledge then was exercising ,so, I told her to let search goggle and yes we searched and saw a lot of work out videos .

Her husband brought her some kit to use,we started and I also join her in the work out so she can be motivated , we continue for months and there are some changes but just a little but there comes a day she ruptured her leg, she couldn't continue so we stop, and that's how we stop ooo and didn't continue again. Months later, she started having problems in her body system, we went to hospital and the doctor said her system is clear and no signs of anything but he advised her to reduce her fats .

We got home and prepare for the next day work out , we look up to more videos and came across this particular video that's titled "workout without diet is just a waste of time" , I clicked it and that's how we got to know she need to work on what she eat alongside with the workout and that's how we begin again.

You see this food part,it was most challenging one for my sis, she couldn't eat what she has been eating before, she can't eat what she crave for, I used to give her a small portion of food and sometimes she would get annoyed and angry with me that the food is not enough at all and I will tell her to take water . Days pass by she got used to it and her fat has reduce , her body is now fit and she likes how she feels.
