The moment I wrote off Crypto is when they had a problem with their ETH pricing a couple years ago. Something about the price glitched and allowed users to sell ETH at a ridiculous price. They froze the assets of all users. They did a live stream with the Senior of Engineering or something like that not sure. He was working on the issue and at the same time assuring everyone their money was safe. I did not see a leader that was handling the pressure. I saw a terrified kid that was ready to break down the entire time. After that I stopped using Crypto.com cause it was clear they are a house of cards.
