Are you good with art? You can create posters and have them created and shipped from the company I work at. It's print on demand, so there is no cost if you don't have any sales. It's somewhat more expensive pr item than it is if you buy in bulk somewhere, but the fact that there's no cost if you don't sell is pretty decent.
