I switch it up, but will give at least a 20% upvote when I make a comment. I give 50% upvotes on the comments I get in my posts. I don't do 100% because I want to be able to spread the little bit of love I have a bit further.

Of course this strategy works for you now but it will probably change once your voting power increases.
