So how does this work? You earn or buy liquid Leo, and then power it all up on 15th July?
Is there a minimum you need to power up? And is the winner selected randomly, or is it the person who has powered up most?

You have to power up at least 200 Leo which can be gotten by buying or from rewards. Currently, the winners are selected randomly so anyone stands a chance.
