I just came across one of the street in my city. For more that 6 years, they have awarded the street to be worked on, but after grading the road, they will abandon it.
This time around, it's another dry season and they have started working on it, I pray they complete this project.

Its possible they keep going back and forth because certain people keep siphoning the money meant for the project. I hope this year's will be better.
