Look over to the right of Unread just infront of Filter in your image. It says 'Mark As Read", tap/click on that, wait a few minutes and reload and it will mark all notifs as read

That marks everything as read while there are some pending.
I am aware of it, what I meant is that, there are some threads I have not replied to, so if I click on the "Mark As Read", everything gets marked while there are still some yet to be replied. Do you understand?
