Hello Hive friends! We've finally reached the last day of the year, time to take stock of our goals and plan for 2026, what goals to set for ourselves, and which projects to undertake. I want to start with the 2025 Recap because it largely reflects my activities on Hive and what aspects I can improve for the coming year. This year marks five years since I started on this wonderful blockchain, but as you'll see later, I began with the Splinterlands project, playing hardcore and ignoring the profits and even the fact that the tokens were circulating on the Hive blockchain! I spent almost two and a half years like that, right when we were going through the bear market and in the aftermath of the NFT bubble burst. That's when I started studying the potential of blockchain as a Web 3 platform.
I spent part of 2023 studying all of this Web 3 stuff: the different dApps, witnesses, votes, the curator dynamics, curation trails—understanding Discord as the main communication tool between members of the different communities. It was in 2024 that I seriously started working on the platform. One of my biggest achievements was completing my first year of publishing every day and also starting the slow, steady work of locking 50% of my earnings in the form of HBD (Hello, Donations, Bonuses) and beginning to build the framework for compound interest, taking advantage of the 15% APR and the possibility of accessing part of that interest monthly to increase our HBD savings.

This part is a little ambiguous because with this post I would reach 365 days of posting, not 362. Anyway, the important thing is that with this #MyHiveGoals summary, I've now completed two continuous years of posting on Hive. Of course, my main focus in content creation is and will be Splinterlands; I have a lot invested in this project. But I'm also exploring and discovering new communities like Hive Gaming and Photography, to which I'll start dedicating more time in 2026.

Hive/HP
Let's see, then, the final balance of the goal we set for ourselves. Regarding locked Hive, my goal was to reach 8K HP by 2025, and we fell less than 400 HP short of that goal. I could complete it with the liquid Hive I have. I've been thinking about this since December 25th and decided it's best not to. I have this amount of liquid Hive in case I participate in Hive projects.

The value of the posts published over these 365 days has generated $1214 for me, and considering that I've maintained my income as 50% HP and 50% HBD, we're talking about approximately $600 sent directly to voting power. We also have to consider the income I receive from NFT games like Splinterlands, Rising Star, and DemoniCore, as well as the times I've funded my main account with Hives that I buy from Binance. I've used these funds to do the #HPUD and also the daily power-ups to complete the 12 #HPUM. This allowed us to complete what would be our second goal on Hive, which is to successfully complete all 365 power-ups in the year! I will continue this accumulation process in 2026 since the HP delegated rewards for chaining more months of power-ups increase.
HBD Savings/Ahorros HBD
The first thing I want to share with you is the amount of HBD in interest that my 15% APR is generating after almost two years: 21.2 HBD. The last HBD addition this week was almost 12 HBD, so we ended up with 33 HBD, finishing the year with a total of 1767 HBD in staking.
My original goal was to reach 1800 HBD to double the amount I had on December 31, 2024, but we were pretty close, so I'm not going to stress about it. By 2026, I hope to reach 2300 in staking. I think I can reach more considering compound interest with monthly interest payments. My ideal goal would be to reach 2500 HBD, but I'm not sure I'll be able to fund my wallet next year. Inflation in this part of the Global South is literally like it was during the Weimar Republic.
Well friends, with this I close out my year 2025. The truth is, I'm quite satisfied and have renewed energy to continue my growth in 2026. I didn't include my plans for 2026 regarding second-tier projects because I'm still undecided. I've already achieved my goals with BBH and PoB, but I'm still exploring other projects with a lot of potential that have me undecided. Hola amigos de hive! Finalmente llegamos al último día del año, momento de hacer un balance final de nuestras metas y plantearnos como proyectarnos para el 2026, que metas proponernos y en cuales proyectos emprender. Quiero empezar con el Recap 2025 porque es en buena parte un reflejo de mis actividades en Hive y cuales aspectos puedo mejorar para el próximo año. Ya este año que termina tengo 5 años desde que empecé en esta blockchain tan maravillosa, pero como verán más adelante comencé en el proyecto de Splinterlands y jugando de Forma hardcore ignorando las ganancias incluso que los tokens corrian en la la blockchain de hive! Estuve asi casi 2 años y medio, cuando atravesamos el mercado bajista y en medio de la resaca de la burbuja de los NFT fue que empecé a estudiar el potencial de la blockchain como plataforma web 3.
Estuve parte del 2023 estudiando como era todo esto de la web 3, las distintas dapps, los testigos, los votos, la dinámica de curadores, trails de curación entendiendo a Discord como la principal herramienta de comunicación entre los miembros de las distintas comunidades y fue en 2024 que inicié en serio a trabajar en la plataforma, uno de mis mayores logros fue cumplir mi primer año publicando todos los días y también comenzar un trabajo de hormiga en ir bloqueando 50% de mis ganancias en forma de HBD y comenzar a levantar el andamio del interés compuesto provechando el 15% de APR y la posibilidad de disponer de parte de esos intereses mensualmente y abultar nuestra bóveda de ahorros en HBD.

Esta parte esta un poco ambigua porque con esta publicación sumaría los 365 días publicando no 362, en fin, lo importante es que con este resumen de #MyHiveGoals completo ya 2 años continuos publicando en Hive. Por supuesto mi columna vertebral en la creación de contenido es y será Splinterlands tengo mucho invertido en este proyecto, pero también estoy explorando y descubriendo nuevas comunidades como la de Hive Gaming y de fotografía a las que empezaré a dedicarle más tiempo este 2026.

Veamos entonces, el balance final de la meta que nos hemos propuesto, en cuanto a hive bloqueado mi meta era alcanzar los 8K de HP para este 2025 y quedamos a menos de 400 Hp de esa meta. Podría completarlos con los hives líquidos que tengo, estuve pensando sobre esto desde el 25 de diciembre hasta ahora y decidí que mejor no lo hago, tengo esta cantidad de hive liquido en en caso de participar en proyectos de hive.

El valor de los post publicados a lo largo de estos 365 días me han generado 1214 $ y considerando que he mantenido mis ingresos en 50% Hp y 50% HBD estaríamos hablando aproximadamente de 600$ enviados directamente a poder de voto. Hay que considerar también los ingresos que recibo por juegos NFT como Splinterlands, Rising Star o DemoniCore, también las veces que he fondeado mi cuenta principal con Hives que compro de Binance, estos fondeos los he utilizado para hacer los #HPUD y también los power up diarios para completar los 12 #HPUM. Esto nos permitió completar lo que sería nuestra segunda meta en hive que es cumplir satisfactoriamente los 365 power up del año! Continuare este proceso de acumulación el 2026 ya que las recompensas de Hp delegado por encadenar cada vez más meses haciendo power up se incrementa.
Ahorros HBD
Aquí lo primero que quiero compartirte es la cantidad de HBD en intereses que me esta generando ese 15% de APR luego de casi 2 años: 21.2 HBD. La última adición de HBD de esta semana fue de casi 12 HBD por lo que al final terminamos sumando 33 HBD para terminar el año con un total de 1767 HBD en staking.
Mi meta original era llegar a los 1800 HBD para así doblar la cantidad que tenía el 31 de diciembre del 2024, pero estuvimos bastante cerca de lograrlo así que no me voy atormentar por eso. Para este 2026 espero llegar a los 2300 en staking creo que puedo llegar a más considerando el interés compuesto con los intereses mensuales, mi meta ideal sería llegar a los 2500 HBD pero no estoy seguro de poder fondear mi billetera el próximo año, la inflación en esta parte del sur global esta literalmente como los tiempos de la República de Weimar.
Bien amigos con esto cierro mi año 2025, la verdad es que estoy bastante satisfecho y con ánimos renovados para continuar mi crecimiento el 2026. No coloqué cuales serían mis planes para el 2026 en cuanto a proyectos de segunda capa porque aún no estoy seguro, ya concrete mis metas con BBH y PoB, pero aun estoy estudiando otros proyectos que tienen mucho potencial y me tienen indeciso, así que en los próximos reportes les adelantaré en cuales proyectos estaré invirtiendo. Bueno, felicidades por tan tremendo año 2025 que ha tenido. De verdad que es usted todo un ejemplo a seguir en cuanto a constancia, diligencia y dedicación se refiere. A mí es que se me hace bastante difícil siquiera poder publicar todos los días de la semana, ¿cómo será hacerlo los 365 días del año? Una locura, de verdad. Es bastante admirable esta grandiosa hazaña y más ahora con cómo está la situación el mercado cripto actual.
