Unpopular opinion:
Men and women are biologically wired to excel at different roles.
We shouldn't push women to work in fields they aren't naturally interested in, nor should we push men into occupations they aren't suited for.
Yes there are always exceptions, but the idea that all jobs should be composed of 50% males and 50% females is nonsense.
Hear hear! You can't be saying they are not equal though. Nonrationals will melt down and be after your hide. 🤣
I always thought it was a little strange that there always seem to be complaints that there aren't enough women in science and technology for instance but never that there are too few women roofers.
