An XNET rep pointed out that major telecom companies in the US are already heavily indebted. Even though demand for data is surging, they aren't borrowing money at today's high interest rates to build out new infrastructure.
Rather than debt, XNET uses token incentives to roll out new cellular infrastructure, to increase capacity.
