Your share of the SWAP.HIVE reward pool is based on a few things including how many FA cards you have compared to everyone else. Dance rewards are completely separate and everyone in the winning dance team gets an equal share of the STARBITS reward pool.
Some very generous Rising Star players put a lot of STARBITS into the reward pool too!
