once i tried it uncooked and it was yummy, but with some olive oil and a bit of salt it’s gonna be perfect

Ok, thanks!
So should I add olive oil and salt and put it in the oven perhaps?

yes, and you can cut it into circles and add some olive oil, black pepper and salt then put it in the oven for 20 minutes or bit more just keep checking it

Nice, I think I'll go with this. Thank you!

Glad to here that, bon appétit

if you are in Nigeria, you can eat this with groundnut and probably palm oil

That sounds delicious! I could try it out. Do you cook though?

lol.. You do not have to cook though, wash, slice and eat

Cheers! Cooking it is then! :)

when it is ready, let me know

It's ready, it's eaten, and it was good!

you did not even invite me but its fine

You can also use it to cook vegetable soup and is Soo delicious

lol.. you this Abia lady, you want to stress us with cooking, lol

Hmmm cooking is what I love doing unfortunately I don't love eating

Best ideas for plain, but good eggplant is to cut it into slices or cubes and fry it in olive oil, or, broil it in an oven until tender. I've never cooked Eggplant, but sounds interesting.

Me neither, but I'll give it a shot! Think I'll try the oven... wondering how I know it's tender though?

you can just make some cuts on it's body, putting garlic in them and then roast it until it become soft. then smash well with salt and chili powder and voila! your brand new Indian dish is ready o serve!

Oh yes! That sounds so good. Then perhaps put it on the bread or have it with some kinda protein!
Think I'm getting inspired, thanks for the tip!

cover it with eggs and breadcrumbs mix salt, pepper and chili powder in the breadcrumbs then fry it trust me best in the world hehe i ate it with chili sauce for extra kick can add paprika in your chili sauce for extra flavours.

That's a good idea! I'll like when there's some extra kick to it. :) Thanks!

Enjoy hehe

Thank you! :)
