My guess is they will build a rocket for that. If it is moving people, you arent going to pack them into a rocket like a can of sardines. Need seating so it will have to be designed.
I had never seen that but it is evident where their thoughts were going. Couple that with their reusable rocket technology. One difference is I dont see it being on barges. Instead, it will be more like an airport with launch pads everywhere.
People will get off the rocket and will them enter a terminal similar to today.
