I know who he is, don't follow him at all so cant really give an honest answer.
Like many in the training field, they have some good stuff, and some not so good stuff. Their goal is usually to enrich themselves first, not necessarily a bad thing. However, much of what is taught is available for free online when you think about it.
Either way, it always comes down to the actions taken by the individual. No matter who is the coach/trainer, if the individual does nothing, all the material is useless.
It is like Hive, we can tell people what to do all day long but how many are willing to put the time and effort in to actually succeed on Hive?

Yes. Coaches and trainers can be great because they have knowledge. Of course, if one does not apply it, the value is not there.
They also can help with motivation. Often the best way to ensure one does something is to write a big check.
