In terms of customer delivery and the website... my gosh... please! Horrible for enterprise stuff... general customer things like us, might be ish OK, but other than that its pretty terrible.

The gear though, is usually very good (because they mass produce).
Then might not have been the rule on that part of the world. Or, they are just getting bad. I don't have history to tell about the past... but present (ish last few years)... I have.

I have always had Dell's. This is my first time having a problem with shipping.
