I am doing my best to stay up there towards the top. I have a feeling things are going to pick up here at work after a while and I am going to start to lag behind. This is still a really great initiative and I hope more people begin to understand the importance of engagement.

    The engagement has been increasing at a tremendous rate that's for sure . It's very hard to be at the top ( both number of comments wise and earnings via comment wise ) and you are doing great in that matter.
