That’s true, but probably not in most people’s daily lives.

It feels great. I usually do two sets of 30 in the morning and then two sets of 20 in the evening. With the sets of 20, I challenge myself with more difficult variations. Get on it. 😉

Seriously?? I can barely do five without fainting

Five is a good place to start. That would make 20 sets that you could spread out across the day. I don’t do 100 in a row. I don’t think I could.

I won't be joining you in this quest but I will continue to do my six-to-ten-pushups-on-my-knees-once-or-twice-a-week habit as part of a range of strength and conditioning work I do regularly.
