Living means that you have to go through life on a daily with expenditures that can't be escaped from and are necessary. I've been scrimping and scrounging for as long as I can remember and I even got to think that I could escape taking meals sometimes just to have enough cash to take care of myself for the duration it would be enough to last. It even got to a point that I was told that I was stingy because I don't spend unnecessarily. It's very interesting how events could actually even turn out when you go from living alone to living someone else, there becomes a dependency on the other person although I a time when both people don't have cash, the other person has to spend double of what would have been spent on oneself alone.
Knowing the cost of living daily, monthly and yearly is essential to saving money for rainy days while investing for the future. The future may be like a long time but it's actually the next day which one just have to be ready for what may come and as time changes the price of living increases. Today in our world there's always inflation and when inflation happens, it's always difficult for people to bring the price of goods back to its original price. The funny part is that it's always consistent here in Nigeria which people would always take advantage of and end up blaming the government in charge in many cases, it's absolutely true but the advantage people take over other people is very alarming.
Nigeria just concluded the most embarrassing election of all time and it's glaring that the cabals ruling and the last cabal in charge take the business of the country as a personal one which the people pay. The inconsistent suffering that people put on the ordinary person is alarming from increased charges when one have to withdraw or deposit their hard earned cash, you could pay half of quarter amount for charges. Price is inconsistent and remains subjected to change.
We have to check our finances on a daily and analyse was more important than what's not.
