It depends on how much you want to control things in there and how big of a crowd you will have joining it. One person can do it but if you want to moderate the chats, for example, you may need some extra hands to help you with that
It's easy, you just have to make sure to put the respective security in the roles and always have 2fa, that way when your community grows and you need mods you will have one more line/step of security in your favor
